Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to your use of the Gravystudio store and purchases from gravystudio.
Our store
The store is operated by gravystudio. Our address is Rue Raymond Poincare, Les Bleuets, 12100 Millau, France. You can contact us at [email protected].
Products and prices
Prices are shown in USD. Review the product description, material, dimensions, selected nib and included accessories before purchasing. Product images and descriptions illustrate the selected design; screen settings and natural wood grain can affect appearance. We may update product information and prices; review the amount displayed at checkout before authorizing a payment.
Payment authorization
By submitting a payment through an available payment service, you authorize the displayed total using the selected payment method and confirm you are authorized to use it. Payment processing is subject to the relevant provider’s terms. A failed or incomplete payment is not confirmation of a completed purchase.
Order acceptance
Please review your contact information, address and selected products carefully. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance. A payment authorization or a submitted checkout request alone does not establish that an order has been accepted. Contact us if you need help determining the status of a purchase.
Delivery
Delivery is available to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC, with free standard shipping. Handling is 1–2 business days and estimated transit after dispatch is 3–4 business days. The Shipping Policy explains cutoff times, excluded addresses and delivery estimates.
Returns and refunds
Return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery. Our Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions, authorization process, return shipping responsibilities and the 10-calendar-day refund processing period after approval.
Use and care
Use fountain-pen ink and follow the care instructions for the selected material. Ink is not included. The included converter is intended for filling the pen with separately purchased fountain-pen ink.
Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain relevant information practices. For questions about products, purchases or these terms, contact [email protected]. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
