Which nib should I choose?
F (Fine) is suited to smaller handwriting and more compact notes. M (Medium) offers a broader line for general writing. Actual line appearance depends on ink, paper and writing pressure; no precise line width is guaranteed.
Is ink included?
No. Each pen includes a converter and a plain paper pen box. Please purchase fountain-pen ink separately. Do not use drawing ink or other inks not intended for fountain pens.
How should I clean my pen?
Remove the converter and rinse the nib and feed with cool clean water until clear, then allow them to dry. Keep wooden exteriors dry. Read the material-specific care guidance on your product page.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. U.S. territories and APO, FPO and DPO military addresses are excluded. All orders receive free standard shipping.
When will my order arrive?
Handling takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–4 business days in transit: 4–6 business days in total from the applicable processing start date. Delivery times are estimates. The cutoff is 07:00 PM CST (GMT−06:00), fixed year-round. Orders received at or after the cutoff, on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing calculations on the next business day.
Can I return a pen?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, uninked, in original condition and original packaging. Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason to obtain authorization. Returns go to our company address in France.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged items and defects. You cover return shipping for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee. Report a defect even if discovered after inking the pen.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
